Ok so I know I haven't been the most active but that's due to my personal life and health. If you can not tell from my content I was very skinny, sickly skinny. Well over the last month I've been working hard to improve my weight and health. I've gained 8 pounds in less than a month. I still have 20 pounds to go but I'm confident I can reach that goal fast.
