You want to paddle as fast as you can and as the wave catches up to you, you will feel it start to push the board and That’s when you pop up. It’s hard to explain but I hope that helps! 🏄🏼♀️

I’m loving this pink surf suit! Surf suits are great to protect your skin from the sun! If you’re out in the water a lot your skin can get damaged from too much sun exposure. Although vitamin D is great for you, you need some balance. For men they make rash guards that are long sleeve and also provide sun protection 💘

Surfs up, taking out this catch surf longboard to catch some small waves! This board is great because of its size And length. The smaller the waves the bigger the board makes it easier to catch some waves, hence their name “catch” surf! Does the job ! 🏄🏼♀️🌊

Waxing your surfboard is important so you don’t slip off the board when you’re surfing. If your wax is fading off or dirty , scrape it off and wax it again!

If you spend a lot of time in the sun, on the water or at the beach, coconut 🌴 🥥 water is a great way to replenish your electrolytes and stay hydrated . Usually you can find them right on the beach!

Wrapping up your kiteboarding bar properly is important to help keep your next session smooth. Kiteboarding set ups come with a bar and lines. The lines connect to the kite at 4 connection points. When you are done kiting you want to wrap the bar back up in a figure 8 configuration to keep the lines from tangling when not in use. This will help keep the next session running smoothly so you don’t have to deal with crossed lines!

Great for beginners who want to learn how to ride a foil, easier to learn with the E Foil than behind a boat, kite or jet ski! You can practice by standing on the surfboard on the surface of the water and get the feel for that before engaging the foil part of the board. So fun!

This is my secret beach path to my favorite beach in the world. The waves are small and I love it. I notice in surfing and other sports people will make fun of you if you don’t ride bigger waves, or don’t try harder tricks. It’s not about doing what everyone else thinks is cool or fun. It’s about what you love! So if you love riding small waves then so be it ! 🌊💘

If you have long hair make sure you rinse off after being in the ocean. The salt can dry your hair out and make it brittle! I try to put Moroccan oil in my hair before surfing to help protect it!

This board is called a fun shape. That means that it’s between a long board and a short board. It’s a great size to move to after you have gotten good at riding long boards but not quite ready for a smaller size. The bigger the board the easier to catch a wave.
