

How has sports affected my life?
1. Body: I'm still far from my ideal, but I like what I see in the mirror.
2. Mood: I used to cry all the time and see only the negative. Now I’ve learned to handle problems and I love my life.
3. Thoughts: Working out is like meditation for me, I feel cleansed and calm.
4. Surroundings: I can't be around people who are constantly negative. I prefer those who share my positive energy.
5. Self-esteem: I’ve learned to appreciate my strengths, work on my weaknesses, and I'm proud of who I am.
All beautifully written, but the truth is, I'm still lazy. 😜😂
