I alluded to some things going on but didn't want to say. I had a few hours yesterday to grieve but back on the grind starting at 4:15 today. Cardio, 2 long appointments, last legs, cardio & practice into the night. I'm so sad and drained. I don't have it in me but I have to do this. Kind words appreciated 😞 Doing my best to get in the Olympia spirit but it's so hard right now. Sorry for the sad post, I am always going to keep it real with y'all. I'll be in messages when I can ok? Love you guys!!!
