The first time I tried body painting was by accident โ a friend dragged me to a festival, and there was an artist who was painting on people right on the street. I doubted it. It was scary, awkward. But at some point I just said: "Yes." And you know what? It was one of the most powerful moments of self-acceptance. โจBody painting is not about "getting naked" or "showing your body." It's about seeing yourself differently. I watched the color fill the curves, lines, moles, and suddenly realized that my body is more than just a shell. It is a part of history. A canvas that breathes. ๐๐ซSince then, I've done body art several times - for a photo shoot, for an art project, and just for myself. And every time it's like therapy.
